About Siân

Siân Parry Jones is an accomplished designer with extensive global experience in beauty brand distribution, luxury brand building, retail, spa design, hotel development, hospitality concept creation and interior design.

Siân’s career commenced in the skincare and cosmetics industry, where she held senior positions at Estée Lauder and Yves Saint Laurent. She later became the UK Retail Director at Aveda UK, developing sales and marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s ethical and cultural values. Part of this strategy was the creation and expansion of Aveda spas across Europe. Sian was headhunted to join Urban Retreat in Harrods as Managing Director before moving onto Operations Director for Elemis, where she contributed to the development and launch of new travel-spa facilities and inflight amenities  in Heathrow Terminal 5 and JFK, where she worked closely with British Airways.

Siân’s passion for interior design originated partly from her time spent as the Head of Personal Shopping at Harrods, where she launched the highly successful lifestyle concierge service, ‘By Appointment Beyond’ and contributed towards the design of the Penthouse Suite and the refurbishment of Weddings & Celebrations. This innovative venture included travel, interior design, a 360°concierge service and event management and was created to provide a more extensive and highly personal professional service for Harrods’ elite clientele.

Her interior design portfolio is both diverse and international. Siân has worked across the globe on projects including the renovation of the Galley Bay Hotel in Antigua, the refurbishment of Palm Island Resort in the Grenadines, private residences in Portugal, Jersey, Meribel, Barbados Somerset and London alongside various other developments. One exemplary project is the refurbishment of an Arts & Crafts style property in Jersey.

Siân played a pivotal role in the design of the award-winning Fletcher’s Cottage Spa in Scotland, a project that has set a benchmark in Scotland. Located at Archerfield House in East Lothian, the spa is renowned for its rustic yet refined aesthetic, featuring reclaimed materials, hand-picked antiques, and an atmosphere of understated luxury. The design seamlessly integrates with the surrounding landscape, creating a tranquil space that has been celebrated in the industry for its warm, inviting ambiance and bespoke wellness experiences.

The success of Fletcher’s Cottage Spa established Siân Parry Jones as a leading designer in the wellness and hospitality sector, paving the way for further high-profile projects. This was followed by her work on the Carol Joy Spa at the prestigious Fairmont Hotel in Monte Carlo, where she created a refined, tranquil retreat that seamlessly blends contemporary elegance with cutting-edge wellness technologies. Sian then went onto consultant on the development of the Kimpton Aysla Spa in Mallorca, a space designed to reflect the island’s serene Mediterranean charm while offering a world-class wellness experience. One of Sian’s latest projects has been consulting for the Mustique company on their new spa development at the Cotton House on the private island in the Caribbean.

In 2011 Siân co-founded Archer Street Cocktail Bar in Soho, which has gone on to become one of the top live entertainment destinations in London. Its continued success led to the opening of a new site on Northcote Road SW11 in 2019 and an exclusive 6 month pop up at Harvey Nichols. Sian exited Archer Street in 2021.

Throughout Siâns professional career she has cultivated strong relationships with some of the most prestigious skincare and wellness brands, including Sisley, Wildsmith, Voya, Bamford, Yves Saint Laurent, Aveda and Daylesford. Her deep understanding of luxury wellness, combined with her expertise in interior design, has allowed her to collaborate closely with these brands to create bespoke, immersive spa experiences worldwide.

Siân continues to work on spa, interior design and hospitality projects all over the world. If you are interested in working or speaking to Sian, please get in touch.
